Take the spin class into the pool. In addition to your high-intensity cardio portion of the spin class, there will be a strength segment being underwater on your spin bike.
Moving through water is cardio and resistance training combined, without lifting any weight. In this workout you will get all the benefits of a workout without pain in the next day, full body toning movements following the flow of the waves at the rhythm of the music.
Start with a meditation, after getting warm with a few sun salutations we jump on the boards. Get outside, soak the sun, laugh in the water and practice your yoga. Because we are on a moving surface, you’ll need to be tightening your core so we can assure you that you work the abdominal part all the time you’ll be on the board.
