We offer high quality, bespoke comprehensive fitness center solutions for anything from private residential gyms to resort-sized fitness complexes that cover all area of your facility including equipment selection and zoning, gym flooring, décor, signage, and branding.

Outdoor gym design -- specifically designed for functional training involving body weight exercises or for boot camp-­‐style classes

We will hold an initial consultation so we can get a grasp of your vision and assess your project.  The more we understand about your project, the better advice our gym design professionals can give you. 1. Discuss Your Vision

We discuss your vision of your gym with our team to allow us to understand your unique requirements. We will hold open and inclusive dialogue between you and our team of designers to ensure we fully understand your needs, end goal, and business objective.

2. Design Your Gym

After discussing your vision, our gym design professionals will take your requirements and create 3D visual designs to bring your space to life with professionally rendered visualizations to allow you to see exactly what your gym will look like. This is an important stage because it allows you to account for missteps and revise your plans accordingly at little to no cost. Once the layout and equipment has been decided on, we will work on the interior design and branding, should you need any.

3. Deliver and Install

After you sign off on your design and equipment layout, we can deliver and install your new gym equipment at a time that suits you best.  Our team equipment, flooring, and graphics installers are ready to make your vision a reality.
We understand the challenge of managing and servicing differing demographics within the resort and corporate client market and we also know the intricacies of staffing and maintaining the quality of these facilities sustainably through long-term use.

Our team of experts and trainers will take your gym and fitness programs to a whole new level by facilitating and managing the gym experience and fitness programming inside out. Whether it is simply fitness programming or gym management you want, we are always here to help:

Fitness management

  • We will improve your fitness program by adding a variety of classes and not having the same person teaching all the classes.
  • We will assist you in your weekly class schedule and wellness and health programs.
  • We offer more than 17 different classes and one and one personal training.
  • We provide consistency and reliability, each of our instructors teach at least 2 classes which will ensure they will be always covered in case of any perchance.
  • You will get to choose whom to train with either a male or female trainer based on specialty.
  • Peak days or holidays we could easily add more outdoor classes to avoid a crowded gym.
  • By outsourcing trainers you don’t have to deal with contracts, liquidations or issues with the employees.
  • Needs covered during high season and special projects (groups)
  • Optimal and immediate responsiveness for special requirements by the client.
Gym management

  • A ModuVated gym manager/certified trainer on-site site six hours a day Monday-Saturday to answer questions, give advice and support guests with their training sessions.
  • You have personal training access to all of our personal trainers as well as Master Trainers for 4 hours per week total at their hourly rate for ELITE personal training/athletic rehabilitation consultations. Additional hours on an as needed basis.
  • We ensure all gym areas and equipment are kept clean, in order and presentable
  • We will host all fitness corporate events for you
  • Efficiency in staff selection (Our trainers are bilinguals, valuable, professional certified and highly qualified in costumer service).
  • Reduction in operational costs of staff management (trainers)
  • Optimal and immediate responsiveness for special requirements by the client.

ModuVated Boot Camp

This is a military-style fitness class that involves plyometric, high intensity intervals, strength training, cardio, core/balance works, various types of intense explosive routines and stretching for one fat-blasting good time. The benefits of doing ModuVated Boot Camp include: mental health, helps to reduce high blood pressure, hypertension and combat stress. The ModuVated team takes pride in providing the inspiration, variation and most importantly, the enjoyment factor to energize your workout. Be prepared for a total body transformation

Extreme ModuVated Boot Camp

The Extreme ModuVated Boot Camp™ is an advanced military-style fitness class which involves weight resistance with props such as tires, sandbags, medicine balls, etc… It provides condition, strength, and intensity. This class is highly recommended to those who really want a tough work-out

Cardio Kickboxing

The Cardio Kickboxing class is designed to improve physical condition, stamina, speed, strength and health. It is a full contact sport that keeps the body in constant motion, helping you burn tons of calories. This complete workout also teaches self-defense for all ages. It is fun and dynamic class to help you feel strong and confident.

Zumba is a global lifestyle brand that fuses Latin-inspired dance-fitness moves like Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, and Flamenco, and the sort of choreography you might see in a nightclub. Zumba® exercise classes are “fitness-parties " that blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration. It combines fast and slow movements along with body weight training to help sculpt your body while having fun at the same time.

Mat Pilates

50 minutes

Mat Pilates is a mind-body exercise routine, which promises a longer, leaner body. Though the exercises may appear simple, they require complete stabilization of the torso and a focused effort to keep the abdominals contracted. The routine is performed on the ground using an exercise mat utilizing body weight alone or may include props such as foam rollers, resistance rings, balls and bands. This hour will focus on strengthening the muscles of the hips, back, abdominals, and glutes or what is known in Pilates as the ‘powerhouse’.

Body Sculpt

This class is a strength training workout that combines flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning using various tools and techniques to strengthen your entire body. With body sculpting, you receive a cardiovascular and fat-burning workout. It is designed to shape and tone the body without building muscular size or bulk. It is highly recommended for those enrolled in a weight loss program because it helps retain lean muscle tissue while boosting metabolism.

Inspired by ballet barre, yoga, and Pilates, this class guides you through a specific sequence of movements that tone and lengthen all major muscle groups. You will be doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles). Some of the exercises will be using the barre to help yourself balance. The exercises will have a small range-of-motion but you will be doing high repetitions of each. Using low-impact movements, this class delivers a full body workout.

The Spinning class is a form of exercise that focuses on endurance, strength, high intensity and recovery while having fun to great music. It incorporates hill climbs, sprints and interval training. In addition to burning 400-500 kcal in 45 minutes, spinning strengthens the upper and lower body muscles; specifically toning the quadriceps, hamstrings, triceps and biceps.

Spinning with weights

Like our regular spinning class, this class is a form of exercise that focuses on endurance, strength, high intensity and recovery. In addition to your high-intensity cardio portion of the spin class, there will be a strength segment using free weights while on your spin bike.

Abs & Glutes

This is a fitness class which combines standing and floor exercises designed to target the glutes and core areas (front and back). You will leave with tighter abs, toned glutes and firmer legs.

This class uses a portable suspension and bungee system to deliver a full body workout while engaging your core throughout the entire 50 minutes. The class is designed to develop lean muscle through various strengthening exercises using only the bands and your body weights as well as helping you lose fat with cardio bursts.

Kids Bootcamp/Sports Skills

We believe in starting them young! In this class, there will be no weights, only exercises using their own body weights. Our team’s approach is a lot like building a house; If they have a good solid foundation at an early age, they can build a strong, steady body and avoid injuries when playing sports. The instructors will spend significant time focusing on strength, balance, core, speed, agility, and stabilization.

Pain Free Living

If you experience pain in your neck, shoulders, lower back, knees or feet, you probably have a joint mobility issue. Over time, in active adults, muscle begins to stick to connective tissue, causing chronic pain and injuries. Overactive and under active muscles also play a significant role in chronic pain and injuries. We address these issues in this class and in our individual mobility assessment.

Karma FIT

50 minutes

Which is a holistic functional training class. It has the influence of exercises like yoga, elements of high intensity aerobic resistance, strength and stability, mobility exercises, and also breathing techniques that bring us an integral training between mind, body and soul.

Flexibility Movements

50 minutes

Holistic myofascial movement training. Moy refers to muscle and fascial is the elastic collagen web that connects the whole body. A total body work out through series of movement flow aiming for flexibility, postural alignment, elasticity and elimination of pain.

Jumping on trampoline results high intensity training with zero impact and without harming the articulations. The approximated calories burned per session are 900 calories. This class benefits the lymphatic system, helping to release toxins. It is a very simple, effective and fun training. The feeling of pushing the canvas and rising is extremely pleasurable.

Functional Training

In this training you combine simple exercises using elements (TRX - elastic bands - Russian Balls), medicine Balls, etc. or only body weight. Several muscle groups are involved at the same time, resulting in a considerable increase in metabolism and Aerobic and anaerobic capabilities. It is an effective, dynamic and fast strategy.
