ModuVated Beach Boot Camp

This is a military style fitness class that involves plyometric, high intensity intervals, strength training, cardio, core/balance works.

Extreme ModuVated Boot Camp

The Extreme ModuVated BootCamp is an advanced military-style fitness class which involves weight resistance with props such as tires, sandbags, medicine balls, etc.

Kids Sports Challenge

In this class, there will be no weights, only exercises using their own body weights. The instructors will spend significant time focusing on strength, balance, core, speed, agility, and stabilization.

FUNctional Training:

In this high intensity training you combine simple exercises using elements (Myokore, elastic bands, russian balls, medicine balls, etc.) or body weight only.

Tone and Sculpt

This is a high intensity strength training workout that combines flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning using various tools and techniques to strengthen the entire body.

H.I.I.T

Is a High Intensity Interval Training class which goes all out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.

Abs & Glutes

This is a combination of high impact and low impact exercises targeting the abs and glutes in an efficient way.

Body Weight Suspension (Myokore)

This is a moderate intensity class that uses a portable suspension and bungee system to deliver a full body workout while engaging your core throughout the entire 50 minutes.

Spinning with Weights: (50min)

This fun twist brings weights into the
spin class. Combining high intensity
cardio intervals with strenght training.

Cardio Kickboxing

This is a high intensity class that uses punching bags and boxing gloves. Designed to improve physical condition with punching and kicking moves with an emphasys on safety.

Spinning

The Spinning class is a form of exercise that focuses on endurance, strength, high intensity and recovery while having fun to great music. Spinning strengthens the upper and lower body muscles.

Fitness for Travelers

This fitness class teaches you how to take your workout wherever you go no matter where you are traveling. Which combine high-intensity bursts, strength training, resistance bands and other techniques you can take with you on your trip.

Zumba

Latin-inspired dance moves like Salsa, Merengue, Reggeton, and Flamenco, and take this to the nightclub.

Rumba

This is a fun dance cardio class, that instructs you how to really dance Rumba!
