Cardio Kickboxing

The Cardio Kickboxing class is designed to improve physical condition, stamina, speed, strength and health. It is a full contact sport that keeps the body in constant motion, helping you burn tons of calories. This complete workout also teaches self-defense for all ages. It is fun and dynamic class to help you feel strong and confident.

Zumba

Zumba is a global lifestyle brand that fuses Latin-inspired dance-fitness moves like Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, and Flamenco, and the sort of choreography you might see in a nightclub. Zumba® exercise classes are “fitness-parties " that blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration. It combines fast and slow movements along with body weight training to help sculpt your body while having fun at the same time.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a mind-body exercise routine, which promises a longer, leaner body. Though the exercises may appear simple, they require complete stabilization of the torso and a focused effort to keep the abdominals contracted. The routine is performed on the ground using an exercise mat utilizing body weight alone or may include props such as foam rollers, resistance rings, balls and bands. This hour will focus on strengthening the muscles of the hips, back, abdominals, and glutes or what is known in Pilates as the ‘powerhouse’.

Body Sculpt

This class is a strength training workout that combines flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning using various tools and techniques to strengthen your entire body. With body sculpting, you receive a cardiovascular and fat-burning workout. It is designed to shape and tone the body without building muscular size or bulk. It is highly recommended for those enrolled in a weight loss program because it helps retain lean muscle tissue while boosting metabolism.

Barre

50 minutes

Inspired by ballet barre, yoga, and Pilates, this class guides you through a specific sequence of movements that tone and lengthen all major muscle groups. You will be doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles). Some of the exercises will be using the barre to help yourself balance. The exercises will have a small range-of-motion but you will be doing high repetitions of each. Using low-impact movements, this class delivers a full body workout.

Spinning

The Spinning class is a form of exercise that focuses on endurance, strength, high intensity and recovery while having fun to great music. It incorporates hill climbs, sprints and interval training. In addition to burning 400-500 kcal in 45 minutes, spinning strengthens the upper and lower body muscles; specifically toning the quadriceps, hamstrings, triceps and biceps.

Spinning with weights

Like our regular spinning class, this class is a form of exercise that focuses on endurance, strength, high intensity and recovery. In addition to your high-intensity cardio portion of the spin class, there will be a strength segment using free weights while on your spin bike.

Abs & Glutes

50 minutes

This is a fitness class which combines standing and floor exercises designed to target the glutes and core areas (front and back). You will leave with tighter abs, toned glutes and firmer legs.

TRX

50 minutes

This class uses a portable suspension and bungee system to deliver a full body workout while engaging your core throughout the entire 50 minutes. The class is designed to develop lean muscle through various strengthening exercises using only the bands and your body weights as well as helping you lose fat with cardio bursts.

Kids Bootcamp/Sports Skills

We believe in starting them young! In this class, there will be no weights, only exercises using their own body weights. Our team’s approach is a lot like building a house; If they have a good solid foundation at an early age, they can build a strong, steady body and avoid injuries when playing sports. The instructors will spend significant time focusing on strength, balance, core, speed, agility, and stabilization.

Pain Free Living

50 minutes

If you experience pain in your neck, shoulders, lower back, knees or feet, you probably have a joint mobility issue. Over time, in active adults, muscle begins to stick to connective tissue, causing chronic pain and injuries. Overactive and under active muscles also play a significant role in chronic pain and injuries. We address these issues in this class and in our individual mobility assessment.

Karma FIT

Which is a holistic functional training class. It has the influence of exercises like yoga, elements of high intensity aerobic resistance, strength and stability, mobility exercises, and also breathing techniques that bring us an integral training between mind, body and soul.

Flexibility Movements

50 minutes

Holistic myofascial movement training. Moy refers to muscle and fascial is the elastic collagen web that connects the whole body. A total body work out through series of movement flow aiming for flexibility, postural alignment, elasticity and elimination of pain.

Trampoline

50 minutes

Jumping on trampoline results high intensity training with zero impact and without harming the articulations. The approximated calories burned per session are 900 calories. This class benefits the lymphatic system, helping to release toxins. It is a very simple, effective and fun training. The feeling of pushing the canvas and rising is extremely pleasurable.

Functional Training

50 minutes

In this training you combine simple exercises using elements (TRX - elastic bands - Russian Balls), medicine Balls, etc. or only body weight. Several muscle groups are involved at the same time, resulting in a considerable increase in metabolism and Aerobic and anaerobic capabilities. It is an effective, dynamic and fast strategy.
